INFODUX LLC is the controller responsible for processing personal data collected via the site www.infodux.com. For any question, contact us at contact@infodux.com.

Depending on your use of the site, we collect:

• Account: email, display name, company (optional), via Firebase Authentication.
• Project requests and messages: the information you provide in the configurator or contact form (need, budget, timeline, contact details).
• Orders: workflow purchase history, amount, payment status.
• Payment: banking details are entered and processed directly by Stripe; we neither receive nor store them.

This data is used to create and manage your account, process your orders and project requests, provide customer support, and keep you informed of your projects' progress via your client area.

Your data is hosted and processed by the following providers:

• Google Cloud / Firebase (Google LLC) — hosting, database, authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• n8n — internal automations triggered by your actions (e.g. notifications).

This data is neither sold nor rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

Account data is retained as long as the account is active. Order and billing data is retained for the period required by our accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@infodux.com, or directly from your client area to modify or delete your profile.
