Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern the sale of automation workflows, services, and custom development projects (AI applications, AI agents, n8n automations, integrations, SaaS solutions) offered by INFODUX LLC on the site www.infodux.com.
2. Products and services
Two types of offerings are available: (a) ready-to-use workflows, sold and delivered digitally via the site, and (b) custom services and projects (business solutions, custom development), whose scope, price, and timeline are defined by mutual agreement after the needs are assessed.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on the site are in euros. For workflows, the price displayed at the time of order is binding. For custom projects, a quote is provided before any invoicing.
4. Order and payment
Workflow orders are paid online by card via Stripe, a third-party payment provider. INFODUX LLC never stores the customer's banking details. The order is confirmed once payment is validated by Stripe.
5. Delivery and execution
Workflows are digital products: access is granted once payment is confirmed. Custom projects are carried out according to the schedule agreed with the customer when the quote is validated.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions applicable to digital content supplied on a non-material medium, the customer acknowledges that performance begins as soon as access to the workflow is delivered, with their express consent, and therefore waives their right of withdrawal from that delivery onward. For custom projects, cancellation terms are specified in the signed quote.
7. Warranties and liability
INFODUX LLC undertakes to provide workflows and services consistent with their description. INFODUX LLC's liability cannot be engaged in the event of misuse, modification of the workflow by the customer, or unavailability of third-party services (API, CRM, n8n tools) on which the automations depend.
8. Intellectual property
Purchasing a workflow grants the customer a right of use for their own needs, excluding any resale or redistribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected during an order is described in our privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the competent courts of Delaware, unless a mandatory provision applicable to the customer's place of residence states otherwise.
11. Contact
For any question relating to an order: contact@infodux.com.
